The 4 bedroom Villa The Luxe Bali located above famous Bali Padang-Padang Surf Beach in Bukit, is the height of luxury! The Luxe Bali is one of only 3 private residences within an exclusive gated estate covering 5,000 m2 of land, The Luxe Bali borders 26 hectares of virgin forest. Perched high on one of Bali’s prime cliff top locations, the villa offers astonishing views of the surf break and beaches below, the shoreline of Kuta and Seminyak in the distance, and of Bali’s majestic sacred volcano, Mount Agung. Staying at The Luxe Bali is your First Class Bali Villa experience.
Enjoying a morning shower using the island’s finest quality herbal amenities while watching the surfers outside your bathroom window is a memory to be cherished for years to come. The Luxe Bali is one of the only cliff top properties in Bali where one may easily walk all the way down the terraced garden paths to the water’s edge and dive in or go surfing in the Indian Ocean. Alternatively one can enjoy the vista from the Estate’s own cliff-edge pavilion.
The 1200 m2 of living space boasts three Master Suites – each with its own private terrace, lounge and en suite bathroom. The Penthouse Suite features a stunning 88 m2 of marble terrace - one of the premier spots in Bali from which to watch the sun set over the Indian Ocean. The King-size Beds – strategically placed to catch the views – have the finest mattresses, cotton sheets and non-allergic microfiber pillows. The 4th bedroom with private bathroom referred to as the Cliffside Pool Bedroom is situated on the lower level together with the gym, sauna and home theater. It opens up towards the pool and garden level and contains a separate living room area with a comfortable couch to watch your favourite movies on the Smart 49” TV with internet access for Netflix and all HD satellite channels. The bathroom offers twin vanity units and a rain shower and hand held shower unit. The bathroom is cladded with floor to ceiling marble walls and non slip marble floors and has 2 separate toilets.
All four floors of The Luxe Bali are wheelchair accessible via the 6-person elevator. The villa also offers a Gym (which easily converts into a children’s room), Swedish Sauna, Steam Room and a Spa manned by two fully trained therapists. A climate-controlled Home Theatre features a 3 metre diagonal screen and leather reclining chairs, including a double love seat. A Smart Home System, programmed for easy, intuitive use by the Guest, controls the lighting, music, CCTV and alarm system – one can run the villa from one’s chair – or bed! Instant hot water, constant water pressure and micro-filtered, UV-treated, fully-drinkable rainwater for the showers, vanities and baths are but a few of the unique features illustrating the attention to detail which is the leitmotif of this unique property.

- How do damage deposits work?
In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
