This third floor apartment is located directly across the street from the Cooperstown Dreams Park. The apartment features three bedrooms with window ac units and two full bathrooms, fresh towels provided each day, full kitchen, wireless internet and cable TV. Outside amenities include a large in ground pool for use of the guests & their families, gas grill in addition to porch & lawn furniture to relax and enjoy the view!

Response from the owner The mouse problem was a result of opening up the back of the house for insulation. We gave 100% refund and are in the process of spray foaming the entire building which will reduce rodents and energy use. We are very sorry about this and will not do this type of renovation during the season again. this was the first rodent complaint in 20+ years.
