South Padre Island Townhome located in the heart of the island. Stucco with red tile roof. Located 1/2 block from the beach and walking distance to great restaurants and attractions. 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths, private pool, outdoor shower, bbq pit, full kitchen, Washer/Dryer and high ceiling with an open floor plan. Great for families. Two story with Master bedroom and kitchen/living area upstairs and two bedrooms downstairs. Each bedroom has it's own full bathroom for complete privacy. Wi-fi and local TV are available. Two balconies with great view of fireworks in the summer.
Parking for up to four vehicles. Park your boat in the empty lot next door. Two car garage is not accessible. Towels provided. Just
bring your flip flops, shorts, t-shirts and toiletries!
No pets! No smoking! No Parties larger than 11 people.
