Get away to this first floor condo on the beach in a quiet, gated residential island with tropical vegetation and abundant wildlife. Relax on the deck of your restful villa while you watch dolphins frolic, pelicans dive, and shrimp and sail boats glide down the Edisto River. Enjoy the panoramic view over miles of water with spectacular sunsets or leisurely walks on the private, uncrowded 3-mile long beach.
Relaxing in the comfortably furnished living room while enjoying water views through the sliding doors. Enjoy conversation with your family and friends or watching your favorite show or movie on the large HDTV/DVD. The sofa opens to a queen bed for extra guests. Step onto to the covered, private deck each evening with a cool drink and watch they sky turn bright red and orange as the sun sets over the water. Take the stairs off the deck and follow the boardwalk to quiet Pelican Beach. Sit on the beach chairs provided by the owner while the kids play in the gently lapping waves.
The kitchen is open to the living area and features white cabinetry, tile flooring, granite countertops and a laundry closet with a washer/dryer. Off the hall is a full bath with a shower - Great if you have extra guests. Continue down the hall to the master bedroom. This large retreat has a king size bed, wall mounted HDTV, desk, and adjoining full bathroom with a tub/shower.
Amenity cards giving you access to the Seabrook Island Club are included in rental. They give you access to the new swimming pool/Pelican's Nest poolside restaurant/bar (seasonal) - just a short walk from the house. Two championship golf courses, tennis courts, Equestrian Center, and Island House restaurants/bar are also available for your use. Or head to the Lake House to swim in the outdoor pool or enjoy the indoor pool/fitness center (fees apply).
Looking for more to do? Just outside the Seabrook Island gate is Bohicket Marina where you can shop, enjoy water activities or dine. Shop at the Freshfields Village just 10 minutes away where you'll find groceries, restaurants, boutiques, and many other shops and services. Seabrook Island is only 23 miles from historic Charleston where you can enjoy fascinating tours and gourmet dining.
Your dog or cat is welcome in this pet friendly villa. An additional pet fee is applied.

Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel more than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you receive your funds back, minus $250. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival date, you lose your funds. If able to re-book it, you will receive what we rent it for, minus the $250. Feel free to ask any other questions you may have.
For monthly winter rentals the policy is as follows: For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest under the terms of the Rental Agreement.

“Great stay”
Seabrook Island is a bit of paradise Pelican Watch is a perfect place to celebrate life. Been coming here since 1986 And the magic continues.
