Do you want to wake up by the sound of the waves? This can be reality in this beautiful and charming holiday villa right at the beach!

Villa Bundar is located directly at the beach, close to Lovina, the tourist place on the north coast of Bali. The villa is built in a round shape, hence the name Bundar, that means ‘round’ in the Indonesian language.

The round design of the villa provides you with a fantastic view from all the angles. The front of the villa gives you a totally unobstructed view of the beach and the sea. From the back of the villa you can see the mountains with the vineyards and the rice fields. On the east and the west side, you will enjoy the tropical plants and palm trees of the garden around the villa.

Villa Bundar has 2 bedrooms with both double beds and 2 bathrooms with a shower, two sinks and a toilet, 1 bathroom also has a bathtub. If you stay with 5 people we can place 1 extra bed in one of the bedrooms. The villa has a large living room with an open kitchen and an extra toilet in the hallway.

In front of the villa you will find a beautiful swimming pool, directly adjacent to the terrace, from where you will have a magnificent view over the sea. The pool is built in the same round shape as the villa and has besides a deep part also a shallow sitting (children's playing) area.

At the terrace you will find a relaxing sitting area with a dinning table, relax chairs and sun beds. At the back of the villa you will find also a nice terrace with two sofas to relax. The terraces are partly covered by the thatched roof, so you can always sit in the shadow.

The villa is equipped with all conveniences such as free wireless Internet, TV, DVD player and on the shelves in the living room you will find books, CDs, DVDs and board games to use. Also there is a washing machine, a fully equipped kitchen and a safe deposit box for your valuables.

The rental rate is including all the costs: taxes, gas, water and electricity consumption, taxes, staff costs, help desk fee and you receive a welcome package including the first dinner, the first breakfast after arrival and a welcome massage. Also you will have free (wifi) internet in the villa during the whole stay. (the welcome package is applicable for bookings of 3 nights and longer, for a stay of 2 nights the welcome meals can be booked for additional € 15 per person)

Additional option: daily breakfast included for € 6 per person per day.

Six days a week hospitable staff will be at your service (Sundays they are off only when you arrive or depart on a Sunday). The household help & cook takes care of the cleaning, the laundry, the groceries and she can prepare delicious meals for you (breakfast, lunch and dinner). The villa has also a gardener who takes care of the garden and the swimming pool and there is a security guard on duty in the evening and the night. The cost of the staff is included in the rental rate, only the groceries are at your own expenses.

Villa Bundar is located in a quiet area where you will experience the authentic Bali atmosphere. The view is fantastic, also the sunset is stunning!

The villa is ideal for couples or families with children. The sea, the swimming pool and the location at the beach make sure you have an unforgettable stay!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
