sara’s house is located in a strategic area on the Venetian terra firma: fifteen minutes from the historical centre of Venice, less than thirty minutes from Padua and Treviso, an hour from Belluno and less than two hours from Verona and Vicenza. seaside resorts in the Veneto can also be easily reached in little time.

apartment B (39.50-sq m studio): completely furnished apartment (including electrical appliances, dishes and linens): separate kitchen; antechamber, bathroom with shower and washing machine; bedroom with queen-sized bed and sofa bed. air conditioning. smoking and animals are prohibited in the apartment.

Venice is a unique city in the world!

Every year more than 20 million visitors are amazed at the sight of the City.

With a small sum of money even you will become one of the City’s sponsors, contributing to safeguarding it.

From the 24th of August 2011, all visitors who stay in an accommodation facility within the territory of the Municipality of Venice have to pay the “Tourist tax”.

The collected funds will help the City improve the quality of the tourist services (services, museums, events,...) and finance works aimed at maintaining, using and salvaging the city’s cultural and architectural heritage.

You pay the tax cash when you check-in and the host will pay it to the Municipality of Venice.

The tax is due only for the first five days of stay. Children under 10 years of age are exempted, juveniles between 10 and 16 years of age benefit from a 50% reduction.

In2019 the tax rate is:

a. January2019: 2,80 euro for each person/day

b. for the rest of2019: 4 euro for each person/day

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
