A new and modern apartment 5 minutes from the beach and ten minutes walk along the sea to the city center.

If you are looking for a beautiful, comfortable and new apartment in the most beautiful island in the world, we highly recommend you staying at our place.

OUR LOCATION

The nearest beach is 100 m and shops, restaurants and cafes only 20 m away from the apartment. Distance from the center- ten minutes pleasent walking by beach (NO HILLS).

ABOUT APARTMENT

Measuring 73 m2 it consists of 2 bedrooms, fully-equipped kitchen with living/ dining area, bathroom and a balcony.

It’s a clean, modern, new, stylish and very comfortable apartment. Maintained to a high standard, perfect for a family or a group of travellers.

The apartment has new furniture and the kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials required for your own catering needs be it a quick breakfast or a romantic dinner.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your booking page. To change your dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Katarina (the owner) a message.

If Katarina (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
