Description

It is an charming newly renovated apartment in a very small and cozy house in the heart of Ísafjörður.

The apartment is suitable for 4-5 people and is divided like this: Living room on the ground floor with dining table and sleeping couch (for 2 persons). Small kitchen for self catering and a small bathroom with a shower. Upstairs is a romantic sleeping loft with two beds (for 2 persons).

Extra mattress is in the house and can be placed on the floor for extra guests.

The apartment has a private parking space.

Less than five minute walk to the main street where you can find bakery, groceries, restaurants and pubs. There is also about 5 minutes to the harbor and the swimming pool. Very charming and friendly neighborhood.

Linen and towel are not part of the price, they are offered up on request for 15$ per person the whole stay.

This house is a great choice for couples, small families or hikers going to hike on Hornstrandir :)

Response from the owner It is truly heartbreaking to read this terrible review on my little cozy house. It should be the responsibility of the guest to at least read through the description of the property and look at the pictures in order to avoid unnecessary disappointment. And of course read the information I send them in good advance to find the place. I have no intention of going through this malicious review in other way than reiterating that the house is correctly listed and it is quite clean and cozy as seen in other people's reviews. Other than that I could perhaps make it more clear in the description that the stair is steep. However that should be pretty obvious looking at the pictures of the interior of the house...
