a guest wrote : The view is simply amazing, it's like flying over the sea and the Aeolian Islands and the sunset colours are wonderful.

on the island of Lipari, on the west part at 1 km from valle muria beach there is my house for a romantic getaway, overlooking the sea and sunset.

It was an old warehouse for agricultural implements, was restored leaving the original walls with a thickness of one meter. very scenic on the islands of filicudi alicudi, from the bathroom window you can also see Mount Etna. This shelter is for people who love nature and want to relax, there are hammocks to read and doze. To reach the house from the center of Lipari there are 15 minutes( with car ) by paved road and the last 450 meters of unpaved country road, but passable with scooter or car. the house is on a land of 5000 meters with lemon and orange tres, cactus . the cottage has a fan ,a refrigerator, coffe machine ,a kettle. outside in the garden there is an open area with a gas barbeque .

private swimmingpool , is only 5 metrs long but enough to relax and enjoied a glass of wine looking at the sea!!

Response from the owner thanks for taking your time writing a review but i think is right for the future guests to example : 1) for the road i send a google maps with instruction why i know guests can get lost the first time , and that is why i meet them at the harbour on arrival . anyway is not so terrible you should see the road on pantelleria or the virgin islands 2) as you wrote air conditioned is not mentioned on the ad... therefore no air conditioning 3) there is a sky decoder for guests to see 20 and more channel in differet languages but for sky sport you need a personal card and pay for the sport channel ( something that i do not even have on my personal card!) anyway do you remember the email that i wrote you after two days in my house: Good morning Mike and Yvonne I think maybe you are not enjoying your holiday , maybe renting my house is not been the right choice for you and I do not want you to be inconfortable . Therefore if you want to leave I will refund you of the nights that you will not stay in my house. Is 100 euro a night. If you decide to leave send me your bank details Iban and I will send you the money. If you decide to stay then I am wrong and I am very happy. But I do not want you to come all the way from Australia and not enjoying. Have a nice day anoeta and your reply: we will just leave one day earlier why we have a early ferry back and i refund you of one night costs even if i had to pay 30% of tax you are correct on the OVERALL point: it is such a nice place with nice view that you do not want to leave and stay put watching the see the sunset with a glass of wine ( i have guests that come back every year) ciao
