Very private with a long, winding driveway this home features a lovely ultra modern kitchen with stainless appliances and green granite counters, formal dining room, large livieng room with open windows to the ocean, a laundry room, 4 nice size bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

Location, location, location!!! Perfectly located in the heart of Chipipe just blocks from the middle of downtown Salinas.

Luxurious amenities include your own tent on the beach with chairs/beach toys for kids and maid service that will clean and cook for you and your family!!! The good advantages of renting a house with the cooking and cleaning service of a hotel.

Our cook and housekeeper Delia does not speaks english but most of our english speaking guests have fun and is part of the experience to communicate. She can go grocery shoping for you.

I just send a hole mantainance team to the house to double check the systems and confirmed that everything is working (water, fan, air conditioners, internet, beach towels availability). Following up our phone conversation, as I mentioned to you, we have never offered satallite TV at the condo. If there was any system problem, I just double check now and it does not show satallite TV in the add.
