The appartment is situated in private Villa, 5 min walking distance to the old town of Zadar and 1.5 min walking distance to the beach. Apartmen has private garden with all contents. Peace and quiet guaranteed. Family friendly.

“Fantastic apartment in an amazing central location close to all”

Goran is a very friendly and relaxed guy who speaks excellent English and will provide you with a warm welcome when you arrive. The garden is a fabulous place to simply relax and enjoy the sunshine and the house is very cool and has everything you could possibly need and the bedrooms are nicely furnished with huge comfortable beds and plenty of storage space. The location is ideal as the centre of Zadar is less than ten minutes walk and the sea is only three minutes away where you will find a number of beaches and bars as well as a swimming and diving sports social club. Only two minutes in the opposite direction you will find a huge Konzum supermarket situated just across the road from the bus station which is ideal if you have no rental car at your disposal. The area is very safe and Goran is very amenable so if you need any advice or have any questions, just ask! Zadar itself is a fantastic place to stay with wonderful shops, markets, harbours, amazing historical buildings, bars, cafes, restaurants, ice cream parlours, and of course the incomparable sea organ. Combined with all the places you can visit out of town and all the day trips that are available to the offshore islands and national parks it is quite easy to spend two weeks here without ever becoming bored and you will still experience the desire to return regularly.
