Description

Luxurious apartment is situated in very attractive part of Rijeka by the sea. Apartment is in the ground floor of family house with own entry and terrace with seaside view, only 80 m from the beach. Ideal for families, business people and athletes.

The apartment is very comfortable (56 m2). Capacity: 3+2.

It has 2 rooms – one single room and one double room, complete equipped kitchen, living room with sofa (extra bed for 2 persons) and fireplace, bathroom and hall. The apartment is air conditioned and it has Internet WiFi. The parking place is in front of house.

You can enjoy in the terrace with Mediterranean herbs.

Close to apartment there are everything you need on travel!

The apartment is only a few minutes from new pebble beach and promenade „Ploce“ with Blue Flag (80 m) and the most beautiful swimming pool complex in Europe with open and closed swimming pools and the wellness area, coffee bar, gym, public garage.

Close to apartment are also the diving center (80 m), a new Athletic hall (200 m), football stadium (250 m), tennis courts (900 m), two petrol stations (120 m), ATM (80 m), news stand (70 m), market (90 m), pharmacy (200 m), post office (400 m), children hospital (300 m).

How do damage deposits work?

If Sergio (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
