Description
Bay View is a very comfortable and homely split level semi detached house with a large lounge, kitchen/diner with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave etc. The master bedroom has a 6ft bed (can be split into two 3ft beds) and a second bedroom with bunk beds with a family bathroom with a large shower, wc and hand basin.
Gas central heating throughout, freeview TV, and DVD player, FREE WIFI.
There are off road parking space on the front drive, a patio at the rear with garden furniture in the summer months, there is also a storage building at the rear for any cycles or equipment that you may bring with you.

10 Minutes drive to Swansea
20 Minutes drive to the Gower

“As a result of incorrect security entry code advert I didn' enter, resulting in additional cost which wasn't recovered.”
The home was well kept and comfortable inside but unkept on the outside. Temp was controlled by L/L.

“good location”
There were numerous steps that was not mentioned in the information section. This caused my wife a problem & if I had known about them I would not have booked this property. There were no details about how to use the t.v. I had to contact one of the owners many times to get this sorted. No other info. re. attractions in the area. Property was large & clean & quite well equipped.

“Nice home to stay for a holiday.”
We spent a few days in this home for a holiday new swansea where a number of nice beach are. The home is very nice and location is good for visiting several attractions.
