Description

Our three-bedroom detached house is only 100m from the fine sandy blue flag beach at the easterly end of Bournemouth Bay near Hengistbury Head.

The house has full gas fired central heating and double glazing and is fully furnished to a good standard. A full linen and towel service is provided and a high chair and cot are on site.

The accommodation is in good decorative order throughout and consists of: -

Ground Floor

Lounge 4.5m x 3.8m with sea views, Freeview TV, DVD and WiFi. Leading to: -

Dining Room 4.8m x 4.1m with patio doors onto mature rear garden.

Kitchen 3.5m x 2.4m fully equipped including microwave, dishwasher and washer/dryer. Leading to: -

Shower Room with W.C.

Upstairs

Bedroom 1 4.8m x 3.9m - Fully fitted with a double bed and extensive sea views.

Bedroom 2 4.1m x 4.0m - Double bed and one single bed plus vanity unit.

Bedroom 3 3.5m x 2.6m - Twin Beds - each 2ft 6in wide suitable for children.

Balcony with sea views. Bathroom. Toilet.

There is room for 2 or 3 cars on the Drive. Bookings are invited from Saturday to Saturday only.

We welcome pets but only on the understanding that their owners please remove all the "evidence".

The house keys will be posted to your home address twelve days prior to your holiday.

You can access the Property from 15:00 hours on the Arrival Date and you are asked to please vacate by 10:00 hours on the Departure Date.

“Family holiday”

We stayed here as a family of seven ranging from 8 weeks to 56. Accommodation was very dated, a bit like walking into granny's house but it was clean and the proximity to the beach more than made up for it. Grandson aged 2 loved being able to see the sea and able to go to the seaside as often as he liked. He was sad when we had to leave the holiday house. Could do with updating somewhat but when you get used to it absolutely fab location and may well book again.

“Amazing place, Amazing holiday”

We loved staying here the sea views were great and we spent most evenings on the balcony with a glass of wine. The rooms were big and it was a nice house.

Response from the owner Thank you for your kind feed-back. Our daughter and son-in-law who enjoy life in the kitchen are staying at Dalmeny next week and will review and replenish the kitchen equipment. There is a good set of kitchen knives although they probably require sharpening. This too will be checked next week.
