Palm Tree Private & Luxurious Villa is located in Springfield Residence in Pereybere. A newly built & luxurious residential complex of 1700 Sq. Ft set on a magnificent garden with private swimming pool and offers 24 hr security. It is conveniently located right in the heart of Pereybere and 8-10 mins walk from one of the best white sand famous beaches of the Island of Mauritius. It comprises of 3 double bedrooms, kitchen diner, living room, dining room, 3 bathrooms & 2 superb balcony with fantastic view. Many facilities like pharmacy, restaurants, shopping malls, spa may be found within a reasonable distance of about 2-3 mins in car.

How do damage deposits work?

If Ajmal (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
