Response from the owner Please note that nowhere in my add it says this is a luxurious penthouse. It is a very nice, well decorated, confortable, renovated, spacious unit and with all a family needs for their stay. Both the outside and the inside of the building is just like the pictures(see previous review that say exactely that)...plus a very cozy balcony that is not on the picture. The Building is very safe and clean, in a downtown area. Refund was not policy as stated in our agreement, specially as Mr. Raj knew (we had discussed)..i had an offer from the customers who left that same day to extend for more 2 weeks the rental and i had to decline as well as a offer from Flipkey. Also, there was absolutaly nothing wrong with the apartment, the reason he didn;t stay was that his son didn't like it....It is unfortunately that it didn't meet your standards, but a luxurious penthouse would cost much more money of course. I am available to respond to any questions in regards to this matter. Regards, Owner.
