Lovely Santa Fe vacation home on spectacular Garcia Street in the historic Eastside Santa Fe neighborhood. Stroll to Canyon Road galleries, the downtown Plaza, Capitol and Railroad district. Smell the fresh mountain air and hear the Cathedral bells as you relax in the front or back portal. Soak in the new hot tub after a day of site seeing, skiing or hiking.

This two -bedroom two-bath adobe is perfect for two couples or a family or a group of friends exploring a Santa Fe's many riches.

This renovated home is a sophisticated blend of contemporary and traditional Santa Fe. Throughout the home are beautiful hardwood floors, original thick adobe walls, viga ceilings. Decorated with exquisite New Mexico art (both Spanish and Pueblo style) as well as traditional and contemporary furnishings. Excellent bedding: The beds are top end Sealy Posturepedic Optima and and Restoration Hardware/Hotel Collection bedding have been selected for your comfort and enjoyment.

Refrigerated air-conditioning, state-of-the-art HD flat-screen television, wireless internet, and very easy parking allow you to ease into perfect relaxation, with every modern convenience.

The large living room features a welcoming corner Kiva fireplace. The plush red leather sofa turns into a Temper-pedic queen bed ideal for two. You'll enjoy the rooms light and serenity as well as the many video options (Samsung Smart TV, Apple TV and cable service).

The kitchen is well-equipped with Elba gas range and Sub-Zero refrigerator, Keurig coffee-maker, granite counters, dishwasher, and all the accoutrements to handle gourmet at-home cooking.

The separate dining room is casually appointed, with a beautiful round dining table that seats four or can expand into a larger buffet. You may also enjoy dining in the rear portal with it's comfortable patio table and chairs.

The large master bedroom features a king sized bed, desk, and opens into the back patio. Also, there is a large walk-in master closet with plenty of shelving and drawers.

The 'en-suite' master bathroom features glass, stone, and marble, with a walk-in glass shower.

Off the master bath is a private patio with brand new Hot Springs Aria hot tub. The tub is always hot and ready. Ideal after a day of hiking, skiing or sight seeing. Relax and take in the beautiful starry sky!

The guest bedroom has two extra-long twin beds that can be transformed into a king bed - just let me know how you want it. In the second bathroom, sink into an extra-deep whirlpool spa bathtub.

Near both bedrooms is a laundry room with energy-efficient washer and dryer. There is a basement to store your skis, bicycles, luggage, and other items.

A perfect home to enjoy the Historic Eastside and old Santa Fe!
