Visit scenic Cape Cod and stay at this wonderful four bedroom (sleeps 9)/2.5 bath home with an ocean view and walk to the beach in 3-4 minutes. Enjoy Brazilian wide plank hardwood floors inside, or our 425 s.f. elevated outside deck. Beautiful sandy beaches, world-class bike trails, wonderful small towns, great nearby eating spots and many special places to visit, activities for children and young adults, and one of the finest beaches on all of Cape Cod steps from the front door.

If you are looking for a wonderful beach vacation, close to the beach and quaint villages nearby, then look no further. We have been renting our home for 27 years and have simplified the process of renting the house via the internet, that you can wrap up your vacation plans in one afternoon. Great house on a large lot with an ocean view and close to nearby Cape towns and villages.

Response from the owner While we welcome all customer reviews and thank them for taking the time to write, this is by far the lowest review we have ever received in 31-years of renting. Some of the customer's statements are baffling as I called the house two hours before tenants are permitted to arrive and the cleaning crew was using the leaf blower and was blowing the deck clear (I asked the blower be turned off so we could speak more easily). Yet the deck "was covered with debri (sic) and cob webs (sic)" which I would have to disagree with because the crew was cleaning the deck when I called. In another communication, renter said they spent "most of the day" cleaning the deck (which is 450 square feet). This simply does not make sense. We have been providing 31-years of excellent service renting our Cape Cod home, and I guess we were due for an outlier.
