Nestled in the midst of exotic palms and tropical shrubbery lies, an Oasis of Serenity -Tobias villas and Condos. These are one, two and three bedroom comfortable, well furnished holiday homes set in "LUISA BY THE SEA" a prestigious condominium, located in the tranquil South Goan village of Cavelossim. It’s a mere 200 meters from the cavelossim beach and is ideally located for the beach enthusiast.

Luisa by the Sea is a gated complex and the community is safeguarded with adequate security arrangements provided round the clock

This residential complex is set in a peninsula with the river Sal and the Arabian Sea bordering it on either side. The beach, which is a short 5 min walk from the villas, is dotted with shacks where the local delicacies, along with a host of other cuisines are savored. The beach also offers a variety of water sports that include Para gliding, banana boats, water scooters etc. Also a stone's throw away from the complex are a range of multi cuisine restaurants set in picturesque locations. Department stores, dental clinics, shopping malls, ayurveda massage centers, luxury spas, opticians etc serve to make the village of Cavelossim a self contained environment.

Its also is in the close proximity of luxury hotels like the holiday inn, The Leela Palace, Radisson Blue Dona Sylvia .

Description of the villas:

The condo (Tulsi) has 3 bedrooms, each with attached bathroom. it is ideal for an enlarged family as there is sufficient privacy within the confines of the apartment. It offers a great deal of privacy and seclusion, not least because it is distinct and cut off from other apartments of the complex , stands by itself , and also since it is on the first floor. Each bedroom has individual private terrace gardens and balconies. .

Some of the villas are pool facing . living rooms of the villas opens out to a wide spacious patio surrounded by tropical bushes, exotic palms and lush green lawns


All bedrooms are air-conditioned and have comfortable cane furnishings. Cable television is provided in all villas.

There is an additional water tank with a pressurized water system that ensures water supply through the direst of times. Inverter systems are installed to ensure that power supply is available in the unlikely event of power outage .

Bathrooms are en suite and have 24 hour hot shower and western style toilets.

The modular kitchens are equipped with gas stove, fridge,cutlery and crockery.

Few villas have washing machine and wifi facilities.

Please note the pool is closed from May till mid October . However restarting the pool may take place earlier than October. Its subject to weather conditions.

Housekeeping will be done 6 days a week and linen changes twice a week.

A total of 35 people can be accommodated at the same time in various villas in the same complex.

Response from the owner Thank you so much for your review. The middle room do have a latch. may be you missed it. And also there's a large sitting area ( no air condition) . Terribly sorry for the power cut.It was beyond my control. This particular property, TULSI , had a two battery power back up system, and an additional over head water tank, still as the power cut lasted more than a day, I agree it was difficult. I have refunded the money to all my guests including you.As per many of my guests, the rate I charge and the facilities given for 6 people is justified.Of course the rate for river side villas are 100 percent more than this apartment and every one has an option to choose.

Response from the owner This review is again from the same group of 4 ladies, who, one day before check out informed me that, the one credit card that they were carrying was blocked and they do not have enough money, and will transfer the villa rent after returning home.I insisted on getting payment before checkout. until that moment 'stay and owner' was good. I have all conversation in my whatsaap.I won't be surprised to see two more reviews like this.

Response from the owner I wouldn't dignify this review by replying to it in detail. Except to say,the driver, caterer and myself would not like to have anything to do with them again. Driver and Caterer told me if it wasn't for me they would have lost their temper.These 4 ladies came to Goa for holidays with huge attitude, with one debit card that is blocked and no money in hand to pay the rent. I have all the conversation in my whatsaap.
