Description

As part of our service we take the stress out of your experience as much as possible.

If you would like, we have a taxi pick you up in St.Kitts airport, transport you to the ferry, and then he will call us so we can pick you up in Nevis. We bring you to the apartment to let you get settled and at no additional charge take you grocery shopping.

We provide you with a local phone for a small fee, if needed so you don't have to worry about roaming charges.

Our goal is to help make your vacation the best one ever.

Our apartments are centrally located to town, 4 nearby restaurants, several grocery stores and local attractions are a 5 min drive. You can take a 30-45 minute walk into town and then taxi back up the mountain. We live in a quiet, safe neighbourhood and you can go for walks in the morning in the surrounding area. We have a few neighbours but you will see more goat, sheep, donkey and of course monkeys, than people.

The views are incredible and you can feel the breezes from the mountain and the ocean.

The family lives on the property for added safety and local experience. As well we will make recommendations of local places to go and visit and eat. If you are looking for a vacation where you find out about the people and the culture, then Coconut House is the place to stay. **Price is based on a 5 night minimum**

We are in an elevated position on the mountain side on ¾ acres of lush, tropical gardens, fruit orchards and exotic local plants which you have full access to and we share with you any fruit that is in-season.

The apartment is separated by double doors, you have a private and separate entrance so you can come and go as you please. If you are looking for a non-touristy experience we can point you in the right direction

"Mountain View! What a place!

Nevis is a beautiful Island and Mountain View is well placed to explore it, nestling near the edge of Charlestown, this accessible and cozy apartment is near enough to walk to the centre of the town and explore the shops, visit the local beach and relax in one of the many eateries.

The accommodation itself felt nice and cozy, yet spacious enough for our needs and having the patio as an extension to the living area meant that we could enjoy the warm Mountain Breeze and look at the ocean whilst sipping on local rum and coconut water..

The owners, Tina and Elton, were very friendly and helpful, going the extra mile, nothing was too much trouble. They even chopped down fresh coconut and sugar cane for us from the trees in the lush surrounding garden and were happy to sit and chat, whilst at the same time respecting our privacy.

Laundry was changed frequently and the place was very clean and tidy.

Tina also runs a really good therapeutic massage service, should you find the time, when not exploring the many beautiful public beaches, hotel bars and beach restaurants."

How do damage deposits work?

If Tina (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
