Villalia Arai is situated in a very quiet, clean and well located residential area. Located at the foot of the Montaña Roja volcano, you can imagine the incredible views and the peace that this accommodation enjoys just by looking at the pictures.

With a modern and comfortable decoration and a very well kept and equipped exterior, this house offers all the comfort and relaxation you need during your holidays.

It has 2 cosy bedrooms and 2 bathrooms; the master bedroom with a double bed of 1.50 x 1.90 and en-suite bathroom and a second bedroom with 2 single beds. Living-dining room very luminous thanks to the large windows and with direct access to the outside area. Fully equipped kitchen so that you have everything you need to enjoy it with your family and friends.

The Arai villa also offers essential services such as wifi service, Smart TV, 42-inch HD with the possibility of Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Apple TV, HBO (you need to be a user to access the applications), satellite TV, air conditioning and barbecue. This accommodation is equipped with individual garage and private and independent entrance.

Referring to the mattresses are on average compared to its hardness because there are guests who prefer soft and others hard, in any case, I will inform the owner if it is possible to do anything. The pool as a general rule should be around 25 or 26 degrees. How do damage deposits work?
