“Fun for all ages!”

Reviewed 25 Feb 2014

We just ended our Feb. Presidents week vacation , 24 Family members, What a fantastick week ,A 67 yr. old Grandmother was sledding, tubing, snowmobiling & having the time of her life, and she hates snow!We are going back next year,We can't wait to go back next year,Michael and Tracy are the best,Michael was there for what ever we needed and Tracy makes a great apple pie. Thank you both for a fun filled week...The Wards

“Wonderful weekend stay!”

Reviewed 9 Jan 2014

We had a weekend family get-together with a group from ages 2 to 65. Michael met us on arrival and gave us a grand tour of the lodge from beds to sleds. His love of the lodge was obvious as he shared its history. He went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. There was plenty of space for all of us - with room to spare. The large, well-stocked kitchen allowed all of us to share in the cooking and cleaning chores. The dining room was huge. The living room had plenty of space for all of us to congregate around the fireplace or to go to a corner for a game challenge or a quiet space. Lots to do inside (games, books, sound system, karaoke) and even a play area with table, chairs, books and toys for the young ones. Outside - to die for! A hill outside the door that was fun for all ages of sledders - and floodlights for night sledding. We had a great snowshoe hike on the trails (snow was not good for XC skiing that weekend). It was a wonderful time for all. Many thanks, Michael!

“We want a do-over!”

The top ohoto here was from my neices wedding. We stayed all weekend long. This place is comfy-cozy, has a great kitchen for your event or just feeding a big family and the owner is great to work with! We want to do it again!

“Nostalgia!”

Reviewed 14 Nov 2012

If you remember sledding all day, coming inside only for meals and wishing your mother would let you sled in the dark...this is the place for you! The Frontenac Ski Lodge is the perfect get-away for groups of people, of all ages. A large kitchen wtih equally large appliances allows the Iron Chefs in the crowd space to perform. The fireplace and great room are cozy and comfortable. The sleeping spaces are plentiful...and of course, the sledding & bonfire can go on all night in the backyard. Fun-loving hosts Michael and Tracy ~ Thank You! Christine Werner, Hartford CT

“This place rocks!”

Reviewed 14 Nov 2012

What a cool, down to earth place to stay! I have been there multiple times and it is the perfect getaway! We stayed with family and the whole atmosphere was so "New England!" Michael, the owner, is great and accomodating and we hit the slopes and came back to a nice dinner and warm fire! Great times at the Frontenac!
