“nice place”

Reviewed 8 Aug 2014

We rented this place to get out of Phoenix heat, and it was perfect. Nice comfortable place, super quiet and dogs allowed--really enjoyed stay. Be prepared to entertain yourself at night, tho, no internet or TV.

“Desert Base Camp”

Reviewed 26 Feb 2014

We really enjoyed our stay here. The accommodations are certainly not fancy, but they met our needs quite well. The locations is excellent--quiet, dead end street, great neighbors, and right on wildlife rich Sonoita Creek. It would be best for those who don't need a lot of support services and are accustomed to doing things themselves. It provided us with a fine base to engage in a lot of outdoor activities in the surrounding desert. We have already made arrangements to return.

“Charming and Cozy in a town with tons of character”

Reviewed 27 Dec 2012

I had the pleasure of spending a serene 3days in Patagonia with my Husband. I loved the layout and the fact that it is fully furnished including a brand new washing machine and dryer unite! The location was ideal. We had easy access to a number of mountain trails, the eclectic shops and a stones throw away from the local Karioke restaurant and bar. We were able to take a wonderful scenic drive over to Tombstone (which is a must see if you're into the history of that place). All in all it was a wonderful getaway, we look forward to the next time our schedules allow. Thank You Jan, you have a beautiful little haven up there.

Response from the owner Dear Raachell, Thank you so much for your nice review but I do need to clarify one response from you. I believe you were commenting on the new cabinet we had just built for the washer and dryer. At this time we have not installed a new set for client use, but we hope to have them added in the future. We so hope you and Bob will make it back down to Patagonia soon! The Best to you and Bob, Jan

“A very comfortable home in a wonderful part of the country”

Reviewed 12 Dec 2012

A very comfortable manufactured home, very well kept and clean. Easy access to the main town of Patagonia in a very cozy friendly neighborhood. The home backs up to the riverbed and is fenced. A perfect location for you birders.
