Welcome to Mamie's on Sonoita Creek.Located just three blocks from the heart of Patagonia this home will transport you to a world of warmth and relaxation. Experience the flight of the Vultures from March until October and maybe see the Grey Hawk nest in the trees along the creek bed behind the house. Weather you are seeking a BIRDING PARADISE, a peaceful retreat, a romantic getaway , quail hunting or you simply want to experience the natural and historic wonders near Patagonia, AZ., you will get what you are looking for at Mamie's on Sonoita Creek. Just a short stroll to the quaint town of Patagonia where you will find charming shops, a library, two markets, Hotel, a few restaurants and even an old Western Bar and Restaurant. Less than a little over one hour from the Tuscon airport, Mamie's combines the magic of a remote getaway and the convenience of a nearby highway. Come stay with us and make it your well kept secret!

NOTE: We have a swamp cooler which is a type of air conditioner. This added moisture can keep your eyes and skin from drying out. Traditional air conditioners remove moisture from the air, which can be difficult on your eyes and can cause your skin to dry out and crack. If you suffer from asthma or allergies, an evaporate cooler can help with your symptoms. Dry air can aggravate allergies and asthma, especially in children and the elderly, so an evaporative cooler and the added moisture it provides can be particularly beneficial.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Dave or Jan (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
