You"ll love watching the breathtaking sunrise over the Chesapeake Bay from your Spacious Private Porch in this One-of-a-Kind Grandview Island pet-friendly apartment. With Panoramic Views from the Living Room, Kitchen and Dining area you can enjoy the view from inside as well as outside. Relax at night watching the moon rise slowly and drift across the Bay, as the twinkling lights from the Chesapeake Bay Bridge Tunnel magically appear in the distant horizon. You won' t find a place like this anywhere else on the Virginia Peninsula. It's nestled beside a475 Acre Nature Preserve with Abundant Wildlife and a pristine beach. We are centrally located between VA Beach and the Williamsburg / Yorktown area, but with so much to see and explore in Historic Hampton you may never want to leave. Since this private apartment is located on the second floor of our home you and your loved ones will not be in an overcrowded resort. Doggie Family Members Are Welcome! Our recentlyhouse is on the deep water of the Chesapeake Bay. This second floor apartment has a private entrance, oven, refrigerator/freezer, washer/dryer, private full bath and your own Spacious Private Porch to enjoy the sunrise, wildlife including deer and abundant birds the moonlight and stars on a secluded wooded waterfront lot. The bedroom offers a comfy queen size bed with linens and pillows provided. The Living room has a flat screen TV with a DVR, NETFLIX on demand and DVD player. High Speed Wireless Internet is available anywhere inside and on the porch. Dining area has room to seat 4-6.

With nearby Whale Watching boat excursions from December through March and Dolphin Watching trips in the warmer months there is year round adventure to be found nearby. Luxury year round day cruises are just a short drive away. Of course you can always just stay put and wait for the wildlife to come to you. You never know what you might see sitting on the edge of the North American Continent.

How do damage deposits work?
