Twin Palms is centrally located to all island amenities. Sandra the house keeper was fantastic to make us feel at home and help getting the daily groceries and necessities that our family needed. The beach on Tar Bay is 2nd to none as it has miles of white sand beach. We are glad we did not choose February Point in our final choice selection as the complex has no beach. Be careful when selecting a property as a few we considered were not on the beach and sand as described. We would definitely come back to Exuma and Twin Palms as it is a 15 meters from the water.

“1st time to Exuma and wow what a place!”

1st time to Exuma and wow what a place. If you think you have seen aqua blue water then think again. When the pilot said we were landing it was clear as day we were in for a treat!! The water from the sky was just something unreal. Even the flight attendant commented as this was her 1st time working this route. That says a lot when she has traveled all the Caribbean. We get to Twin Palms within 5 minutes of the airport and to say its touches the water is an understatement. It feels like you're on a cruse ship from any part of the house. The water is literally beneath you which is a very rare setting at least for us. I can say walking the beach everyday, its the closest to the water on Tar Bay. Accommodations were great and the housekeeper Sandra did everything to make us feel at home. From groceries to advising on all the local hang outs it allowed our family to just focus on relaxing. If you like privacy and feel like you are on your own beach then this could be a good choice for you and your family. You could comfortable sleep 10 the way the house is set up. 2 families of 4 and 2 adults seems to be how they have set it up. We would definitely come back and actual consider buying something on the island.

I am the Local Real Estate agent in Exuma that sold this property to the current owners. I can confirm that they have upgraded this property significantly since purchase in 2011. Their $250,000 of upgrades have made this property a top rated rental property if you appreciate quality and being the closest to the water as possible. The location of this property is on Tar Bay just minutes from our airport and Downtown George Town. This beach is exclusive if you enjoy privacy and white sands. Come down to Exuma and enjoy our wonderful beaches, water and most of all Bahamian people. You are sure to have a great time in Exuma and maybe also buy a property.

We can only describe this as our vacation in Paradise, a dream come true. A beautiful home with every modern convenience set on the soft, white sandy beach of Exuma Bahamas. The house is designed and furnished superbly to ensure its visitors comfort and relaxation and although secluded is only a fifteen minute drive to Georgetown's Marina, restaurants and local bars. If like us you need to relax and unwind in a perfectly beautiful setting "Twin Palms" is the place for you. If you are looking for a dream vacation, try "Twin Palms", Exuma, Bahamas. Only minutes away from Exuma airport! Fabulous, modern, very comfortable home, right on the beach. Just a walk down the steps from a beautiful patio and you can go for a swim! It`s that close to a stretch of white sand and a turquoise ocean. Very private, breathtaking views and soothing sounds of the sea. It was our spectacular vacation. Simply a must. 10! 10! 10!

If you are thinking of visiting the Bahamas, you must try Exuma. A wonderfully beautiful island with friendly people, stunning beaches and lots to do for the active and adventurous. And if you are staying in Exuma, you must stay at Twin Palms in Tar Bay. Lots of places say they are on the beach, but Twin Palms is literally on the beach. Each morning my wife Michele and I sat out on the spacious veranda built right on the pristine beach with the sound of waves and the glimmer of impossibly blue waters enchanting every moment. In fact, we have to confess it was hard to move from this idyllic spot to venture out. The home itself is immaculately renovated with all the modern amenities, but in a clean, uncluttered design that fits in very nicely with surroundings. We found ourselves enjoying the morning walk along the beach every day and despite travelling several kilometres each way we rarely saw a soul. Getting to Exuma is easy with daily flights through Miami or Nassau or weekly direct flights from Toronto. We are sure to be back soon. Howard and Michele, Toronto Canada

This jewel in the Bahamas is a nature lovers dream come true. The snorkeling and boating with your tour guide was a nice touch. The locals were friendly and very welcoming. Just got back from Twins Palm yesterday with this being one of the best family vacations ever! We traveled to a number of places in the Caribbean but this was our first trip to the Bahamas and it was amazing!!! We traveled down with two families of four and had no problem fitting everyone in this amazing beach house. The beach house is beautiful and very clean inside and out. You literally walk out of the house and are on one of the nicest private beaches I have ever seen. Sandra the housekeeper does an amazing job keeping it well maintained and is also one of the nicest people to speak with and very helpful guide when touring around. The food was great. We did two day trips on the boat around the islands. Sugar was amazing at taking us to all the touristy areas so we can eat, snorkel, and scuba dive. Driving around is quite entertaining because none of us were use to driving on the left side of the road, however was no issue for us. We loved this resort and would definitely go again, lots to see and do and relax too. Thanks for everything Bellissimo Family - The Bellissimos
