Neek Kaan is a brand new condo development 2 km from downtown Progreso. The property is steps from a beautiful beach and has a maintained pool. Two bedroom condo with 1 queen, 1 double, and 1 twin bed (and a hammock!)

-We have recently updated the condo with a number of things:

-The whole condo has been tiled

-Fresh paint

-New furniture and storage options

-Satellite TV (Sky TV)

-New flat screen TV

-New lighting

-New AC unit

-New on demand hot water heater

Bright and breezy ground floor unit with easy access to the pool from the deck. There is free wi-fi (wifi is shared in the complex, signal strength flucuates inside the condo), cable TV (Sky TV), and a DVD movie collection. Brand new appliances, including fridge, stove, washer/dryer, and air conditioning.

There are restaurants and small shops in the immediate area, and it's a nice walk down the beach to Progreso's famous Malecon, with great restaurants and all amenities (groceries, banks, theater, etc.)

Reliable (and cheap) public transit is available to and from the complex to Chicxulub and Progreso.

Getting around

Public transport stops directly at the condo and offers prompt and incredibly inexpensive transport to both Progreso and Chicxulub markets, within minutes.

Interaction with guest

We don't live in Progreso (I wish!) We have a great caretaker on site and are always available to answer questions or sort out any issues that might arise.

If Jason (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
