“Perfect place for staying in Denver”

Reviewed 10 Jun 2017

Great location and easy access to downtown Denver and walking distance to Mile High Stadium. Great home and everything you need is already there. The owner was wonderful and very helpful.

“Very close to Sports authority Field”

Reviewed 14 Jan 2014

This place was perfect!!! Leigh was very accommodating. I have never stayed in a rental so clean. We walked to the Broncos game. It was super close. The grocery store was 2 blocks away. Plenty of good restaurants were close too. We will definetly stay here again and recommend it to our friends.

“Delightful home from home”

Reviewed 24 Aug 2013

My friend and I rented this lovely wee one level house for 10 days while in Denver. It's in a great location, just 4 blocks off the I-25, 35 minute walk from Downtown Denver and 5 minutes or less walk from Safeway and a number of great eating places. The owner (Leigh) was great at keeping in touch before we traveled and she was waiting on us when arrived, even when we were over 2 hours late due to flight delays. Her advice and interest in us was very much appreciated. The house met our needs perfectly with 2 bedrooms with a/C and overhead fans. The kitchen/dining was spacious and was fully loaded with utensils, including a dishwasher. There is a lovely wee garden which we enjoyed sitting out in to have breakfast or relax after a day at the golf course. Although it didn't really matter to us because we were out most of the time and the weather was too good to be indoors, the TV channel selection wasn't the best, not ideal if stuck indoors for whatever reason. This house is great value, well appointed and in a great location. I was impressed with the owner and her excellent pre-trip communication and waiting for us on arrival. I would definitely consider staying at her property again if I'm ever in Denver.

“Perfect getaway home-base!”

Reviewed 30 May 2013

This was the perfect house for a week's getaway with my mother using Denver as our home-base. The house is beautiful, simple, stylishly decorated, well-maintained and all one's needs have been anticipated. Leigh made a binder of information simply detailing anything we might need to know from how the security system works to where we put recycling items. The kitchen has all the comforts of home from tons of tea-bags to choose from to a "junk-drawer" to bottled water & beers for late night arrival needs like mine (you are the best Leigh!) We were able to walk two blocks to Jack 'n Grill as featured on Man vs. Food to enjoy Mexican is our neighborhood, were a short drive to easily navigable downtown attractions, and centrally located to Rocky Mountain National Park, Idaho Springs for mineral baths, and the event Red Rocks amphitheater. My mother really didn't want to leave and neither did I. Thanks for a great stay Leigh. Choose to stay here and you will not only have everything you need, but have an attentive hostess with Leigh looking after your needs and the comfort of your stay.

“Quiet, quaint "all-inclusive" vacation in Denver”

Reviewed 24 May 2013

My husband and I stayed in this cute little house for 4 days in May. We arrived to unprecedented snow on the ground for that time of year and it was beautiful. Of course, that dissipated quickly and we had no trouble getting around in our rental car. Leigh, the owner of this little abode, was more than accommodating. She was willing to meet us whenever we arrived and allowed us to stay late on the day we departed. The house has everything you need if you want to have a completely self-catering experience which we love. For 4 days this house was our home -- totally comfortable and well-equipped in every way. We would definitely make this our choice on our next visit to Denver.

“Perfect for a getaway”

Reviewed 10 May 2013

This house was located in a quite neighborhood that's away from all the hustle and bustle of downtown while still being close enough to the Highlands and a great restaurants and bars. My best friend and I went for my birthday and it was perfect for the two of us. The kitchen is perfect and there's an outdoor patio to eat breakfast. It's also super close to the highway so if you plan on traveling around to Boulder, Red Rocks, or anywhere else it's really easy to get on the highway and navigate. Leigh also is extremely helpful and friendly! She went out of her way and met us at the property to check us in and make sure we knew how everything worked and that everything was up to par. She was fantastic and had great recommendations. If you're looking for dinner go to Linger! It's fantastic. Overall we had an incredible stay and we highly recommend this property.

“So cute!”

This place is amazing! Perfect location, just off the highway and close to everything! It's perfect for two, one room each. The heater is a bit loud at night but not so loud you can't sleep.

“Beyond what I was hoping for”

Reviewed 28 Feb 2013

I could have asked for a better place to stay in Denver! Very central to everything, easy access to anything I wanted to do. Leigh was very accommodating and helpful with everything. I will certainly try and stay here again when in Denver! Much, much better than a hotel!

“my new favorite place in Denver”

Reviewed 27 Jan 2013

I travel to Denver often and have always stayed in hotels. I found this on tripadvisor.com and decided to give it a shot. First off, parking is easy and free. A big plus as it can be expensive at any decently clean hotel in the city. Also, WiFi is free here. Some hotels make you pay. The place has more square footage than any hotel room I've been to, as well as a small backyard that is private with a table. There is a washer and dryer conveniently located in the kitchen closet in case someone would need which again, is not in any hotels I've been in. Finally, the full kitchen is well updated and is far more than any microwave and fridge you would get in any hotel. The only thing I can say positive for hotels are the amenities like a pool/hot tub and workout areas. I don't really use those. So, for your money, this is probably one of the best deals in Denver. Also, Leigh is great to work with. The place is perfect. Zero complaints. A rare thing when I'm dealing with the hotels.

“Clean, cozy, comfortable!”

Reviewed 29 Dec 2012

My husbad, daughter, and I spent Thanksgiving here this year. We had a wonderful time. Leigh was very friendly and helpful. She even had a pack-n-play set up in the 2nd bedroom for our daughter to sleep in. The neighborhood is quiet and the restuarants nearby are great. Another added bonus is Jefferson park just down the street with play equipment.
