Description

Fife Residencies is a beautiful newly renovated house, located in central residential area of Colombo city. This is a subsidiary of Palmyrah Residencies in Colombo 3.

Fife Residencies is a five bedroom two storied house. Upstairs has two AC double bedrooms and a triple room. Both these double rooms have a king size bed in each. The AC triple bedroom has three single beds and a mini-fridge as well. Downstairs, there are two double rooms with two single beds in each. All bedrooms have attached bathrooms with hot water showers. Soap and toilet paper are provided for toilets.There is a kitchen, and dining and sitting areas.

Upstairs has a sitting area and two balconies, one of which open up into a beautiful back garden. There are smoking out door areas while inside rooms, smoking is not allowed. We are pleased to offer kitchen usage at extra charge. Please ask management for details.

Depending on the size of your party you can choose to either rent out the whole house or individual rooms.

House Keeping: cleaning of toilets and room floor can be done daily while linen is changed every three days. Please inform your needs to the house caretaker.

There are several restaurants (vegetarian and non-veg) and acceptable eating areas walking distance. Breakfast can be served on request. Other meals too can be arranged, please inform your needs at 'check in' to our staff member. There are several hospitals close by, viz. Asiri Hospital, Lanka Hospital (formerly Apollo), Asiri Surgical, and Oasis Hospital.

Transport services such as airport pick up, airport drop, Colombo site seeing, visit Kandy, Galle etc can be arranged. On request, we can arrange our own vehicles or other reliable taxis.

Fife Residencies check in is flexible, and can check in 24 hrs. Please mail us your requirements. There is provision for temporary baggage storage after check out; ask our staff member for details.

Wi-Fi is active in all areas of the house. There are Fife Residencies visit cards available at your residence which gives email address and telephone number of management representative. You are welcome to mail or call for any of your needs.

Check in time is after 1.30 PM and check out time is before 11.30 PM.

How do damage deposits work?
