Luxury, comfort and art, this spectacular home, with 6 bedrooms each with bathroom, WIFI, , heating, air conditioning, large living and dining area, huge fully equipped for 12 peronas kitchen, dishwasher, beautiful garden, offers peace and silence near the commercial and financial center of Buenos Aires.

The draughtboard frames with its iron columns the leafy garden. Ancient trees alternate with creepers, flowers and a small fountain to create an old time atmosphere that lives in the whole house, intertwined with this green environment. Jasmines, white camellias, lilies, honeysuckles and chamomiles flood the interiors with their particular views and remarkably nice fragrances.

The decoration contemporary style didn’t dispense with the materials of the original building. Upholding its privileged historical location, the house preserve the traditional architecture of an antique and distinguished Buenos Aires house: patios and galleries. The six comfortable Suites, each one of them with their own identity, share remarkable details like original pieces of art, design objects, huge King Size beds and charming Egyptian cotton lines.

Casa 1890, offers the guest not only a quiet stay, full of historical reminiscences, but also a renewed concept of art and design, a strategic location and an atmosphere of comfort, warmth and hospitality.

All suites have views of the urban garden and courtyards, central heating, air conditioning, blackout blinds, 3 safes, King Size beds. Egyptian cotton sheets, hair dryer.

Café San Juan and the best grills. A few blocks from Plaza Dorrego, 10 blocks from Puerto Madero, 7 from the Museum of Modern Art of Buenos Aires, 12 Obelisk, Av Mayo, 9 Passage Barolo, the 36 Billares, Cafe Tortoni and walking down the street about 4 blocks, Plaza de Mayo Casa Rosada and The Cathedral of Buenos Aires. Florida Street at its beginning is 14 blocks away for it leads to Galerias Pacifico. In short, we are in a neighborhood within walking distance of the city center. 35 minutes from Ezeiza Airport 15 domestic airport 10 minutes.

Interaction with guest

It is a pleasure to receive my guests, I hope to give them the keys to the house, to make a tour for her and give them a lot of information about the neighborhood shops, to do the daily purchases. I have a list of restaurants that I personally know and recommend and try to advise on activities, walks, shows, transportation and everything related to the City of Buenos Aires.

Es una opinión muy subjetiva decir que "de noche no es bueno salir a pie", porque es una zona 100% segura, a ti no te paso algo para decirlo y nunca, en los años que hace que estamos aquí, ni de día ni de noche ocurrió un hecho delictivo, ya sea a mi familia o a huéspedes. Es mucho más seguro caminar por esta parte del barrio de Constitución, que por los muy concurridos Palermo y Recoleta donde sí hay muchos robos a turistas. Y esto está documentado en el plano de seguridad de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires. Espero que en tu próximo viaje, salgas, como lo hacemos nosotros, que vamos y venimos caminando de restaurantes o espectáculos sin problemas.
