Description

The apartment is a cottage in the grounds of Orchardviews House just 10 minutes by car (20 minutes by bus/metro) from the city centre. It stands in half an acre of gardens surrounded by trees. Outside the cottage door the lawn stretches away, dotted with flower beds, grape vines and fruit trees. There is a double bedroom, a sitting room (with a sofabed for two), a kitchen with cheerful blue units and a bathroom. The cottage enjoys real peace and tranquility.

Eat and drink on your own patio outside the cottage door while watching your children play in the garden.

The apartment has a cottage feel. It has blue kitchen units with terracotta flagstone-style tiles and a sitting room with comfortable sofa and armchair with traditional Hungarian country style table and chairs, cupboard and dresser. The view from both rooms is green: straight down a beautiful long lawn with fruit trees and vines.

Outside the apartment door the lawn stretches away. The garden is toddler-friendly, completely safe for children to play in. There is a spacious patio with a garden table and chairs for lazy meals throughout the day. An excellent supermarket (closes 9pm) and a restaurant are round the corner.

“Great Accomodation!”

My husband and I were in Budapest for a big dental treatment and when not having appointments in the dental clinic we wanted to stay a bit away from everything. It was ideal for us, we could sit outside in the garden, and yet we were downtown Budapest in ten minutes by taxi. The host is great and very helpful. Highly recommendable. thanks, Lydia + Robert

“Peace and tranquility”

Perfect location for exploring this beautiful charming area and city. Our hosts made sure that we were settled in and introduced to this city with much thought and ease. We felt so relaxed here and felt like home. Thankyou to you all once again and i hope one day i may return. The taxi service which runs directly from terminal 2 also made the ease of this trip 100% and of couse the terminal itself was beautiful.I would list this airport my number one favourite. This city is full of fun from the local means of transport to the tour companies operating buses and boat trips. The whole city we found beautiful and we have been constantly recommending this destination to all we meet. So if you have just a few days to tour try this one.

“best ever”

This little cottage is perfect for 2 adults or 2 adults with 1 or 2 children. It is very convenient to groceries, buses to main metro and very peaceful. We had all the amenities that we needed and would stay again in a heart beat.

If Zsuzsa (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
