Relax and enjoy this comfortable, spacious home in a quiet, safe location. We are within walking distance to coffee shops, shopping center and an easy commute to ASU, the various golf courses, I-10, I-60. Bus transportation to downtown Tempe, ASU, Phoenix, Chandler and Mesa is on the corner.

The home is multi level adding interest and privacy for the guests. It is a 4br, 2ba with carpeted bedrooms upstairs and downstairs. Common areas on the main level are tiled. The kitchen is fully equipped. Decor is comfortable and somewhat contemporary.

The most pleasant area is the large backyard and deck area with diving pool, and several seating areas. Yard games such as volleyball, corn hole and darts are supplied. WIFI, ample parking and separate laundry room are additional amenities.

After a day on the go, relax in the backyard to enjoy a stunning Arizona sunset and then head over to the many restaurants at the shopping center around the corner. The area can't be beat for food options. Organic grocery store and restaurants galore!

How do damage deposits work?

If Paula (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
