“Lovely stay.”

Lovely, centrally located 3 bed flat, excellent service provided by the property company, the flowers on arrival in the flat were a very nice touch! Would recommend this flat, it is up 3 flights of stairs, but that wasn't a problem for us.

The photographs on the website don't do this place justice as it's much larger place than it looks. The apartment was spotlessly clean, very well equipped with everything you could ever need, and has a fantastic position right in the centre of St.Andrews...what more could you ask for! The only slight negatives for us was the entrance alley to the flat looked quite run down and could have done with a sweep and a lick of paint, but don't let that put you off as once you're past it it get's much better. The other thing is the parking space. You need to keep your car in a locked garage which is entered from a small forecourt. I would advise reversing your car into the garage at night (if it's a large model) as the neighbours daughter, and sometimes the cleaner, park in the forecourt during the day and this can require a lot of maneuvering to get out if you haven't. Small gripes but relevant nonetheless.

Everything was excellent about the accommodation. One minor drawback was that the combi-boiler leaked a little in the kitchen. This will have been fixed already, so I have no complaints. The staff were brilliant too!
