End your day, glass of CA wine in hand, watching the sunset from the bluff. Priceless!

Reserve this comfortable, well appointed two bedroom three bathroom condo in the most sought after complex on the bluff.

Seascape Sur is known as the "Jewel of the Bluff" and no wonder why; the gated complex is beautifully maintained with gardens so lush you would think you were vacationing in the tropics! Koi ponds, turtles, waterfalls and a babbling brook compliment the two swimming pools, two jacuzzis and tennis courts. The clubhouse, close to us, has a ping pong table too!

This tastefully decorated unit has WIFI, HD cable TV, a home cook’s kitchen, multicolored Fiestaware of every size imaginable, and quality mattresses and linens. There are TVs in both bedrooms and the living room. There is a full size washer and dryer. Last (after learning all of that!), the beach chairs are ready to go at a moment's notice.

Solana Beach is laid back walking community with Del Mar Racetrack being only a 15-minute stroll away. There are many restaurants and cafes for all tastes and budgets within easy walking distance and dozens more that are just a short drive. Cedros Avenue’s fashionable shopping and Sunday's Farmer's Market is a close 10 minute walk away. Close by, on the 101, are many bike shops including a bike rental on the corner of Lomas Santa Fe. Downtown San Diego (Charger’s and Padres games), SeaWorld, the SD Zoo, Wild Animal Park and La Jolla are all an easy drive. The SB train station is a 10 minute walk so you can get up to Disney or any of the other coast towns easily and efficiently.

There is a playground at The Cove, again, so close; a 10 minute walk.
