This condo has it all, with direct access to white sandy beaches and turquoise oceanfront. Being a ground floor apartment, makes it ideal for those who don't want to climb stairs with baggage and shopping. Simply walk out the patio doors to the garden or poolside or beachfront. The community is secured 24 hours a day and 7 days a week.

Restaurants and many other local attractions and gift shops and entertainment are all within walking distance.

Laundry services, maid services and chef prepared meal services are available for an additional fee if desired.

The condo has plenty of natural day light plus fantastic cross breezes which cool the apartment. The condo also has fantastic air conditioning for those needing a climate control environment.

The Wifi belongs to the condo community complex. It is not as strong as a dedicated line, but it is useful for the occasional email and information browsing you might want to look up on the internet. It is not suitable for movies or downloading large files. Because it is a shared community Wifi, the system knows when someone has been on the internet using up the majority of the broadband width for long periods and it will drop the connection especially for those persons overusing the broadband width. This helps to keep the internet connection speeds fair to everyone in the community. Please remember that the DR is still a developing country, and some information technology is a little slower than what we are accustomed to in the USA and in Canada.

Having said that, most people find that it is sufficient for their email needs and quick look ups for information. Please be advised that if you need an internet connection at higher speeds and dedicated to your family needs or business related working arrangements, then an optional USB internet stick can be purchased for $50 and our host and assistant will be able to help you in obtaining this from the local internet service providers.
