Description

Fully furnished apartment, 65 m2, two bedrooms for up to 5 people. (one queen bed and two single beds: there is also a queen size sofá bed in the living room) with an amazing view on the ocean.
Washing machine and all appliances needed for cooking are at your disposal as well as an electric barbecue to be used in the terrace while you enjoy looking at the sea, which is located at stonethrow distance. You will have satellite tv (two TV sets) with many international and local channels, (cnn, bbc of london, discovery, natgeo, etc.Etc.) and a Blu-ray player plus Netflix. free wi fi internet.There is a digital safe to keep your valuable .The condo has 3 pretty swimming pools (one heated), jacuzzi, gym, sauna, cafeteria/pub, covered private parking and has permanent reception/safety service which is connected to the apt. By an intercom. The apartment is located just in front of a beach. The area has many other beaches and restaurants at walking distance serving fresh seafood catched by local fishemen. Minimarket and big supermarkets nearby as well as banks and cash withdrawal machines. If you like fishing, in front of the condo there is a spot that is used sometimes for that purpose.
In the apartment you will find many books in spanish and english for your entertainment.
In front of the condo there are buses stopping to go to viña del mar, (25 min.,50 cents/euro) reñaca, (10 min.) valparaiso (35 min.) and santiago with a change of buses (1hr50 min), taxis arrive in 5 min.

How do damage deposits work?

If Irene (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
