“Great quiet apartment in the very heart of historic Rome”
Lucia's apartment is very comfortable, quiet, and impeccably clean. The bedroom is a good size, with plenty of storage, and the sofabed in the living room is extremely comfortable to sleep on. Lucia is an excellent hostess, thinking of every detail and information. WiFi works great. The cab service she booked for us was also excellent. The photos are accurate, and the locatton can't be beat. It was a wonderful stay. Thank you Lucia.
“Fantastic location, great apartment.”
A real oasis, very close to markets & everthing Rome. Great apartment, great shower, everything you need to create your own taste of Rome with a great little kitchen. Would reccomend to anyone stay there!
“Great location in the middle of everything”
The unit is perfect for your Rome holiday. It is right in the middle of everything. My wife and I could walk to all of Rome's sights (and back again). The unit is a clean ground floor one bedroom apartment with modern amenities. The decent kitchen is great when you just want to cook for yourself. Throughly recommend.
“Very nice , clean and very well located in Rome center”
Lovely , clean and good addres for a plaesant stay in Roma to enjoy typical italian food and visit the city by night .
“Pleasant little apartment in Rome”
Lucia was very helpful in setting up our stay and showing us around the apartment - very hospitable. The apartment is just as shown in the pictures. Very pleasant and modern. Great central location for touring Rome and very close to the market for picking up breakfast each day.
“Perfect place for two to see Rome”
Fantastic located newly refurbished apartment in central area around the corner from Campo dei Fiori. Apartment is compact but has everything needed including wifi, cooking facilities, dishwasher and washing machine. It is very clean and the decor is tasteful and fresh with a relaxing ambience. Lovely tasteful and fresh decor and ambience. On ground floor with lots of light through vine covered windows and on a quiet street. Lucia was extremely helpful and arranged for us to be picked up from airport and also for taxi for our departure. Icing on the cake for a wonderful stay in Rome. We will definitely stay here again.
“Perfect location, great experience”
Lucia was wonderful and easy to deal with regarding reservations and payment, very accommodating and helpful providing some suggestions for our trip. The apartment is very clean, cozy and is in perfect location to enjoy the stay in Rome. The place was a little tight for two adult couples, and would be ideal for 2-3 people, but we still enjoyed the stay greatly.
“Perfect Rome rental”
We enjoyed our stay in this apartment, it is spotless, the bed is very comfortable, there is central heating, lovely to come back to in the cold weather, Lucia was there to greet us on arrival, she is very informative and kind, we had no problems with our booking, she booked a car pickup from the airport for us, the apartment is in an excellent location, good restaurants nearby, walking distance to the tourist sites, close to buses and trams if proffered, we have been very happy with our stay here.
“The perfect place to stay in Rome”
We booked the Apartment Beatrice for a two week stay in Rome from Christmas Eve through Jan. 7, 2015. I had carefully checked the location and all the previous reviews, and I'm happy to say, the apartment was even better than I hoped for. The description says it is only steps from Campo de' Fiori. Literally, less than a hundred steps! This area is buzzing with activity day and night, from lively markets, to plenty of dining, strolling, and shopping opportunities. But in spite of all the activity, the apartment was always quiet, even on New Year's Eve. The location is very safe and the major sites are all within very easy walking distance. Our lovely hostess, Lucia, was attentive to every detail. She arranged a car service from the airport (much appreciated on Christmas Eve), and again on our departure. The apartment itself is very well equipped, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. I would recommend the apartment, and Lucia, without hesitation. We had a wonderful time in Rome.
“A lovely place in a great locationn”
My partner and I recently spent 10 days in this apartment and thoroughly enjoyed everything about it. It was perfect for our needs as a base for exploring Rome. The photos and description on the website give a very accurate depiction of the apartment. It is in immaculate condition and spotlessly clean. It is not large but is very comfortable for two people. There is ample storage space, the bed is very comfortable and there is a well equipped kitchen. We experienced very little noise from the building itself or from the street, so quiet and peaceful nights. Lucia, the gracious owner, met us on arrival and explained everything about the apartment and the surrounding area. She arranged a car to bring us from the airport, and a taxi when we left. The location is perfect for visiting the many wonderful attractions of Rome. Many of the famous places are walking distance, and the nearby Largo Argentina is the hub of some major bus routes if you want to go further afield. There are many good restaurants and shops in the surrounding streets, and the Campo de Fiori market is a couple of minutes’ walk. A bonus was an excellent seafood restaurant, Pesci Fritti, almost opposite the front door. (It is much more than fried fish!). We would recommend this apartment very highly to anyone wanting to stay in the historic heart of Rome.
