Description

Gajah Villas Bali are a complex of two separated twin villas, each with its own private swimming pool, gardens and bedrooms.

Gajah Villas are located in Seminyak, well known for its glittering nightlife, original bars, chic boutiques and tasteful restaurants. The villa is only 10 minutes' walk to Seminyak beach, Legian and 20 minutes' drive to the International Airport. This is really a good location because the villa are nestled in a peaceful area but in a walk distance to city life and beaches.

A private car park is located at the entrance of the villa for guests comfort. While entering the villa, you will find the first private garden decorated with tropical flowers and plants, here is also the entrance of the first bedroom.

The garden leads to the dining and lounge area, a huge open space with full equipped kitchen in a corner.

The living room is equipped with a large sofa, LCD television and coffee table while the dining area offers a large dining table. From this area you can also enjoy a swimming pool view and enter the swimming pool area via the sliding doors.

In the outside area you will appreciate the wood deck and the sun lounges near the swimming pool, perfect for relaxing and sunbathing. Behind the pool, you have another small garden area. From here, the villa offers a stunning rice fields view.

This villa provides a contemporary style and modern facilities, perfect for comfortable holidays with friends or family.

ROOM DESCRIPTION

Each Gajah Villa has two bedrooms. The master bedroom offers a nice pool view and you can access directly the swimming pool by the sliding door. You can enter this bedroom from the dining area, next to the kitchen. The second bedroom has a nice garden view and you will find its access near the main entrance. Each bedroom is air conditioned and equipped with king size bed and safety box. They also have their own bathroom with hot and cold showers. Furthermore there are plenty enough storage spaces for your stuff. You will find all the comfort you need for your stay.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
