Apartment in a splendid historical palace of the 15° century, recently totally restored, located in the center of the Town of Ferrara, one of the noblest Italian Cities of the Renaissance.

The apartment is completely new, in the structures and the furnishing, located in the center of the City; it is perfectly silent, totally isolated: over (is the roof) and under (is an ancient porch), and laterally flanked by a centennial garden. Access to the staircase and elevator is practically separate. There is no problem with easy access for the elderly or disabled. From the apartment you can easily access public transportation.

Ferrara is connected to Bologna International Airport by a bus 8 times each day.

PS In the months of June-September, due to the very high costs of air conditioning, a surcharge will be applied when the consumption is over 10 €/day (medium), just for the eccess of consumption. Normally no charge is to be applied with a judicious use.

Getting around

In front of the building you can arrive directly with the car without any limitation and you can stop briefly. The bus stop is a few meters from the exit of the building, and you can reach the train station and all other parts of the city directly. At 150 meters, in the courtyard of the Castello Estense, there is the Tourist Office, from which you can get information on the goals to reach and on all the main events taking place at the moment.
