This newly built Dormer House located in a development of four restored stone buildings

Ground Floor: Lounge, kitchen, dining room, w.c.

First Floor: 2 double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom, bathroom with shower over bath.

Our minimum let is for 3 days( any day start ) which is charged at 65% of rate at time of booking.

Electricity included, linen and towels included, hairdryer, uk tv channels, welcome pack, travel cot, high chair, stair gate, TV, dvd player, CD, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, w/machine, fully enclosed garden, garden furniture, shared bbq, swings and slide, shared driveway, off road parking. Oil Central Heating is charged for on a Meter. Pets welcome a charge of 20 euro,subject to approval of owner at time of booking ( we allow 1 large dog or 2 small dogs these are to be kept on their leads).

House rules

We allow 1 average dog or 2 small dogs only. But we are to be notify before arrival that you will be bringing a dog.
Owners must not let the dogs out to wander and please clean up after the dog!
Also let us know whether you need cot, highchair, stair gates for younger member of your party.

How do damage deposits work?

If Richard (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
