Three-Bedroom Private Pool Villa

Perfect for a large group of family or friends, you will find that this private villa which offers an open spacious entertainment area will also provide privacy for all of our guests.

Situated on the top of villa includes a 2 king-sized master bedrooms with their own en-suite bathrooms and it also comes with your own private balcony. Also included upstairs is a small but cozy and private living room with lots of lights.

On the ground floor, the villa is an open bright plan living and dining area with the swimming pool situated right next to it. Also included downstairs is another en-suite bedroom with your own en-suite bathroom.

This spacious living quarters feature an open plan living and dining area which comes with a fully equipped kitchen, a washer and dryer with multiple televisions and DVD and CD players in the relaxing area. Wi-Fi is also available throughout the villa.

Please note around us, we got as per : - 7 eleven 5min walks to the house. 24h open - on the right side of Lotus. - You can drive if you got a car to the main lotus it's big and finds wine cellar opposite site. - if you'd like Thai food and real Thai restaurant at night take your car you drive up to the main big Lotus and mac do after the lotus the round will make 45 degrees, stop the 1st restaurant on left it looks very bad but this is the best Thai food!

Please note we just changed now to an agent to handle the house as our House keeper need to take a rest after 10 years run , and his retiring thanks to Supon. the price will be a little hire than you rent, but also the house will provide a weekly cleaning fees included and others agents services with an hire service approach for the customers. the new agent they run luxury villa in double prices than my villa ! any how you are welcome to the next trip. kind regards pasca

Response from the owner Thanks for the comments, the peoples can review real review and we appreciate. the issue you face are the electric power failure and we repair but remain but this is also hard to ensure that the house can be cool like in europe as any house here in thailand can't easy find double window glass and ensure perfect isolations. a- we did made PVC windows and extra window in wood to at list avoid AC lost effect. B- we upgrade the fan in bedrooms on top of the AC to add some way to cool. C- the electric power failure was changed to ensure no more cut. D- the bugs we set a pest cleaner to come for cleaning the all house .and upgrade some doors stopper for this. E- we purchased new plates glass towels etc.. we just finish our year maintenance for the new season and all AC are clean and review and all clients remarks are repair. But remain this is thailand here and we are a little in wild area so this is nature are the King. So the clients that expect a total perfect room they shall choose hotel with high room as they are as per standard research. But any house in phuket will be similar as ours for the small matters you could face, we can't compare an hotel room and a villa. my kind regards pascal
