CONTINUING in 2022. "We are Happy to provide you Everything you need to make yourself a full Breakfast!" "We will have on arrival enough Eggs, Canadian Back Bacon, Orange juice, Bread and Seasonal Fruit along with the coffee, tea's, water and everything else we already had for you on hand!". "This is our way to say thanks for the many Great years we have had with so many wonderful guests". "Also for 2022, we will have laundry available for all our guests with a stay of 2 nights or longer!" We have also upgraded our kitchen to a full custom kitchen and added a dishwasher. The photos are to be updated soon to include the new improvements.

House rules
No Bachelor, Bachelorette Parties or Baseball teams at all. We DO accept Family parties, Anniversaries and even Weddings, we encourage this as it is all about Family. “Beautiful home”
Mark and Monika’s home is beautiful. It was very spacious for myself, my mother and 4 teenagers. Only a 20 minute walk to the falls and Clifton Hill. We will definitely stay here again!

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Mark (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
