Our Beautiful 2-bedroom 2-bath Townhome is situated on 15th St. and Montana Ave. This is one of the most desirable and upscale neighborhoods in Santa Monica, just steps away from Montana Avenue's exquisite boutiques and restaurants. There is also a Starbucks and other various coffeehouses and cafes along with a Whole Foods Market, YogaWorks and the historic Aero Movie Theatre. Before long you'll be delighted by a 10-12 minute leisurely walk to the beach.

This beautiful 2-bedroom 2-bath is magnificently furnished and decorated. Features include wood and tile floors, granite counter tops, designer paint, full kitchen, dishes & cooking utensils, private courtyard with seating, ficus trees and BBQ, a peaceful sun-filled balcony, central A/C, and washer & dryer in the unit.

The romantic Master bedroom comes with a queen bed, walk-in closet, work and sitting area, a 37" HDTV and adjoins the charming private courtyard. I lived in this unit for a few nights after I remodeled it. The atmosphere of this bedroom with 4 French doors openning to a blissful courtyard is really exuberating: full of positive energy, light and sights of the trees and nature right next to the bedroom.

The second bedroom is also large with two queen beds and a large closet. Living room has leather chairs, sofa, work area, entertainment center with a 42" Smart HDTV, Cable TV, DVD, movie collection and Wi-Fi. This unit sleeps 6.

Reserved parking is conveniently located only steps away from the unit's entrance. Permit parking is available for second car and guest parking.

We are in Franklin Elementary School, Lincoln Middle School and Olympic High School and Santa Monica High School district.

Santa Monica Public Library on Montana Avenue is only two short blocks away.

Before leaving, don’t forget to stop at one of the delicious restaurants in the area, serving everything from tasty burgers to unforgettable treats. Anchored by the pedestrian-friendly Third Street Promenade, downtown Santa Monica has 30 city blocks of retail stores, entertainment, and dining. Within blocks of the Promenade are the beach, Palisades Park and Santa Monica Pier, all easily accessible by foot, bike, car or bus. Downtown Santa Monica is located only 5 minutes away from our property by car. Popular areas such as Beverly Hills, Brentwood, Downtown Los Angeles, Westwood, West Los Angeles, Malibu and Venice all are within a 10 to 40-minute drive.

This is a family-owned 6 unit condominium building, completely remodeled in 2005 - 2006. I have been hosting 3 units for 14 years and have had the pleasure of meeting numerous guests from all around the world, some now friends and repeat clients.
