This four-bedroom, three-bath house is conveniently located in the heart of Islamorada, the fishing capital of the world. It is situated in a clean, upscale neighborhood of all waterfront homes. The house is equipped with all the comforts of home. It is modernly furnished. Upstairs there are three bedrooms and two baths. Downstairs there is a independent, one-bedroom, one-bath apartment. The house is PERFECT for those travelling with different age groups, in-laws, teenagers, or families. The house is fully equipped with everything you will require to make your holiday "THE PERFECT GETAWAY."

We are 1 mile from world-famous Holiday Isles, TIKI BAR. The sand bar is absolutely amazing. As if diving, snorkeling, sunning, boating, and swimming all day were not enough, do not forget to spend an afternoon swimming with the dolphins or the stingrays at Theatre Of The Seas. Also, just 1 minute from the home.

Spend your days absorbing the sun and your evenings relaxing in the jacuzzi or in our HEATED swimming pool. THIS IS PARADISE! Being one-and-one-half hour from Miami and one-and-one-half hour from Key West, you can basically spend a full day in either one and be back on time to watch the sunset at one of the many waterfront restaurants, just minutes from the home.

The pictures of the home were pretty accurate although the canal it sits on offers no added feature, not used by anyone, no dock, swimming or view of boats. Home had bare minimum of plate & glasse… More

Response from the owner Home is for up to 10. There are plates, glasses, silverware, towels, cooking utensils for up to 10. We are restricted on the number of guests that can stay in the home. Guest should have been honest with the amount of people he was traveling with when he made the reservation, as our home is ONLY for up to 10 guests. Had he advised differently, we would not have rented to him because of his large group. Our home sits on a canal. The rental comes with a boat slip at the homeowners marina, which is inside our private neighborhood. This is disclosed in our listing. Homes with dockage directly behind the home are offered at higher prices. Guest was aware of this when he reserved the home. Even our vacation rental agreement, discloses same. Guest did not even utilize the marina, as he did not even have a boat.
