“Sun, Fun and Relaxation - The Best Getaway in Puerto Vallarta”
Casa Los Arcos was perfect for our family vacation on New Year's week. The condo was just as described and very spacious and clean. All the amenities were here, and we especially loved the beach mats and luxurious towels. The view from the balcony was lovely--birds, sunsets and pleasure boats. The staff, headed by Doris, made us feel both pampered and safe, no matter what time of evening we returned. They even got us discounts for a zipline adventure. All the staff were welcoming, kind, helpful and good-humored, always willing to chitchat and give advice if asked. Owner Gabriela was likewise responsive and kind. Take a day trip to Yelapa by water taxi--Gabriela gave us tips on how to get there. At Casa Los Arcos, you'll have to stock up on groceries, as there is no store or restaurant nearby. I highly recommend taking the bus for an inexpensive ride to town with the bonus of mixing with the locals. We took the bus daily, and taxis are available at a moment's notice too.
“Home away From Home”
We just returned home from a wonderful month stay in Casa Los arcos. This unit is conveniently located right on the beautiful Punta Negra Beach just 4 miles south of Puerto Vallarta. The condo is comfortable, quiet, and homey with new updated bathrooms that provide excellent lighting. The view from the 7th story front deck is fabulous and we enjoyed the nightly spectacular sun sets over the beach. The small back deck off the guest room offered early morning sunrise views over the mountains. We enjoyed cooking in our home on the new stove, but on nights we did not want to wash dishes (there is no dishwasher)it was great being able to hop on the bus that stops right at the condo complex for the short ride into PV to one of the delicious restaurants. The building staff are excellent, always courteous, friendly, helpful, and prompt in meeting any requests. Security is as promised with security personal present 24/7. The owner is also wonderful to work with and sincere in wanting her renters to enjoy their stay. We spent many days on the beach sunning, snorkeling (some of the best snorkeling in PV is right off our beach), swimming in the ocean, and walking the mile stretch of sand. The complex also has a beautiful pool area to enjoy. We felt so "at home" in Casa Los arcos, we have already booked two months for 2015!
“Home away from Home with sun and sea in abundance”
We had a lovely time at Casa Los arcos! We really appreciated the peace and quiet here! This condo had a jacuzzi with spouts for tired feet-so good!! The staff were very helpful and the owner was catering to our every need. The satellite TV was great for evening entertainment and a microwave for the popcorn. The views were lovely and the pool was great for lap swimming. Nice touch with adult swim from 9 to 10 a.m. We loved it that we could see the children at the pool and call them up from our balcony for lunch. The ocean was close so it was no effort at all to go for a swim. It had a large fridge for the big shop and the in suite washer/dryer was so handy! This condo should be on your bucket list!
“Beautiful Private Beaches, Amazing Views & Awesome Sunsets”
We stayed at this condo in Punta Negra in april of 2012. What a wonderful place to spend a vacation. The description "Beautiful Beachfront Unit" doesn't lie - the place is literally on the beach! For those that don't know, Punta Negra is a really nice area of Puerto Vallarta (just South of downtown). It is more secluded than the North part of town but still just a 10 minute cab ride to the main strip (Malecon). So you get the best of both worlds with this place: The hustle and bustle of downtown when you want it, and the privacy of your own beach when you prefer to hang at the condo and lay low. This unit is clean and spacious, and the sunset views from balcony are amazing (it's on the 7th floor!). All in all, we highly recommend staying here and we will likely be returning sometime in the near future.
“Relaxing private getaway with fantastic view”
My wife and I stayed here in March of 2011 for about 5 days, but it actually felt like two weeks. The condo is tucked away from the main strip of Puerta Vallarta so you get the best of both worlds. A private, beautiful, seaside getaway with fantastic sunsets and a great pool and and beach, plus easy access to downtown Puerta Vallarta if you're looking for excitement. The condo also has a fully stocked kitchen which was great as we went to the local market the first day, stocked up on food, and ate most of our breakfasts and lunches out on the patio overlooking the Pacific. At night we left the balcony doors open and fell asleep to the waves crashing on the shore.
