SECOND FLOOR = bedroom with king bed, mini kitchenette, full bath (large walk in shower) & private deck overlooking Intracoastal waterway.

Located in quiet Indian Shores, the smallest beach community and most un commercialized. Enjoy the Town's parks/playgrounds, tasty restaurants, tennis courts, famous wild sea bird sanctuary.

Two story family home has large fenced backyard with dock. Bring your fishing pole & boat! Public boat ramp only 4 blocks north! (extra fee for boat) Boat/bikes/mopeds rentals nearby. Pet friendly!

Great big patio with lots of chairs has loads of room for BBQs - gas grill. Beach chairs, toys included. Out door shower! Easy walk across street to get to beach! Enjoy fabulous sunrises and sunsets! Best of both worlds!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

If Liz (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
