Description

Our comfortable, reverse contemporary home has 2 bedrooms on the first floor (one with a full size bed and one with a twin), a 3/4 bath with shower, as well as a family room with a fold-out futon couch. June 2019- just added one AIR CONDITIONING unit to the first floor family room and one AC unit in the upstairs kitchen/dining/living area. Upstairs on the second floor, our home has an open design with a bright kitchen/dining/living area with tile floors, hardwood and carpet. The master bedroom with full bath is also on the second floor. Guests bring their own sheets and towels. WASHING MACHINE USE IS AVAILABLE. Sliders in the dining area lead out onto a comfortable second story deck, a perfect place to grill. Enjoy an outdoor shower daily during your summer vacation.

Our home is right on the bike path and is directly across the street from the Farm Neck Golf Course entrance, the Tradewinds nature walking trails (a preserved Land Bank property), and also by the Martha's Vineyard Transit Authority bus stop. The beach is 2 miles away, Sengekontacket Pond is less than a mile and Oak Bluffs center is 1.5 miles away. The fun town of Oak Bluffs is a great place to shop, eat, or people watch on the harbor. Edgartown and Vineyard Haven ...are just a few miles away for additional attractions.
