This apartment has 35 m2 and is located on the 5th floor in a building with an elevator. Apartment has hallway, a fully equipped kitchen with dining corner, bathroom, a bedroom and 2 balconies. It is very bright and pleasant place to stay.

Apartment is completely renovated and has got an air-conditioning unit, cable TV, central heating, wireless internet connection, washing machine, electric cooker, refrigerator, house linens (sheets & towels)
