Description

The property is very close to the world famous Saturday Night Market, Club Cubana and Splash down water park , It is approx 2kms to Anjuna and Baga beaches. There are an array or restaurants and places to chill within a 1 km radius.

The Villa is in an upscale gated community which houses 5 villas and 9 apartments set in lush landscaping.The complex has 24/7 security, a swimming pool, Hot water on demand,a BBQ station, power back up for the common areas and the individual units, 24 hour water supply and a car park . THE VILLA HAS FREE UNLIMITED HIGH SPEED WIFI.

The unit has Three bedrooms, four bathrooms,two sit-outs a small private garden a living and dining area, a family room on the first level and a kitchen. It is contemporary and very well equipped,it comes fully furnished with Ac's, TV's, Fridge,Microwave,Gas/Electric stove a Washing machine and well appointed furniture.

The kitchens are equipped with cooking utensils, plates cups etc. All you need to do is arrive with your bags and you are good to go.

PLEASE NOTE THERE IS A REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT OF INR.15,000/- WHICH WILL BE COLLECTED IN CASH AT THE TIME OF CHECK IN AND WILL BE REFUNDED TO YOU ON CHECK OUT IF NO DAMAGE IS DONE TO THE VILLA.

Public transport is not the best mode of transport. You will need your transport to get around. In case you don't, I can arrange for car and bike rentals and reliable cabbies as well at an extra cost.

I might not always be available to meet the guest but I have a Property manager who is available during the day to guide and help the guest with anything they require during their stay.
