GREAT HOUSE, GREAT VALUE - DON'T WAIT BOOK NOW!!!

Outstanding San Clemente "best climate in the world", scores 92 on 100 Vibescale by tripadvisor, and classy, true beach house, with original oak floors, in coastal Orange County of Southern California, previously owned by pro surfers.

Friendly owners are on site (separate unit) -- we are here, with local insight, to help you have a memorable vacation!

Ten minute comfortable stroll to swimming beaches and our 1,296 foot long pier over the Pacific. Two minute walk to dozens of fun restaurants, bars, and shops in San Clemente Village. Farmers Market and art fairs on weekends.

Two queen bedrooms, plus twin in LR, sleeping five comfortably (real beds!). One full (tile and stone) bath, recently remodeled kitchen (with dishwasher and disposal).

A large, ocean view deck, seating nine, large BBQ and umbrella.

Charming living room with leather seating, big screen TV/ DVD/ blue ray/ NETFLIX/ streaming, and (wait for it...) an upright grand piano. (Please see the photos!!)

In short, quite a slice of heaven!...and, in this part of heaven, there are virtually NO flying, biting bugs!

We provide a pair of boogie boards, bikes, beach chairs and umbrellas, as well as sand toys. Surfboards and wetsuits available for rent nearby.

Minimum stay only two nights. Maximum stay 28 nights, please.

International and "short-notice" bookings will need to use Paypal or Flipkey (with attendant fees).

If Debbi and Timothy (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
