Imagine living in a dreamy cottage on a semi-secluded beach .....lulled to sleep by waves breaking on a distant reef .....waking up to golden sunrises over the water. Imagine a carefree lifestyle .....swimming in warm tropical waters, fishing from the shore, snorkeling in crystal clear water, sunbathing, and walking on a white sandy beach everyday. This is what you'll find in the "dreamy beach cottage".
This lovely, romantic cottage is only 20 feet from a beautiful beach that's safe for swimming and perfect for children. The cottage is a ground floor unit in a 4-plex, two-story building and part of a larger condo complex with 132 beachfront apartments.
The cottage sleeps 4 guests comfortably. It has a queen bed and 2 twin bed and is fully furnished with everything guests need for a great vacation experience. Parking and wifi are included. All you need to bring are a few clothes, a carefree attitude, your favorite groceries and you'll have a memorable vacation in this well-kept secret spot.
Popular films like, "50 First Dates", "Blue Crush" and "Hawaii 5-O" were filmed nearby and there are plenty of outdoor activities to enjoy including: surfing, golfing, horseback riding, kite-boarding, wind-surfing, hang-gliding, hiking, biking, world class beaches, the Polynesian Cultural Center, the BYU Hawaii Campus, and outdoor markets where local farmers and artisans sell their goods. (The owner's Hawaii taxpayer ID is available upon request.)

I love those qualities too and they're the reasons why I bought my beachfront cottage many years ago. Sorry to hear that you had problems with the TV. (I agree it can be confusing to use the remote control for me sometimes too.) With regard to a sewer smell, I was surprised to read about this because I've owned my cottage for about 30 years, have never experienced a sewer smell from my cottage, and other guests have never mentioned a sewer smell either. Could it be that the smell you mentioned was coming from somewhere else? With regard to parking: I agree parking would be tight for a full-size pick-up truck, but if I know beforehand the type of vehicle guests will be driving, I can make alternative arrangements for a parking stall that will accommodate guests' special needs. Since you live on the Big Island and mentioned that you would stay again, I hope you will, and try one of my other beachfront cottages next time. (I have another cottage at the far north end of the property that you may like, since the parking stall is larger and only 5 feet from the cottage lanai.)
